Description
Body Monster Recovery Boost is for immediate and prolonged release of energy to help improve recovery after training or a work out. This rapid release of energy to the body quickens recovery after an intense work out. Only in lemon flavour.
WHEN- • Best taken within 30 minutes of exercise. • At least 1 hour before physical exercise (full strength mixture). • Just before/during physical exercise (half-strength mixture).
HOW- • Add powder to cold water and stir briskly. • Full-strength= 2 heaped dessert spoons (30g). • Half-strength=1 heaped dessert spoon (15g).
